WHO WE ARE
Arkansas Pulpwood Co., Inc. is a family owned business and was established by John Dawson, Jr. In 1973. Formally known as Doyle Harvey Pulpwood, John Dawson, Jr. changed the name to Arkansas Pulpwood Co., Inc., which gave the company new motivation to grow and become the leading provider for the timber industry in South Arkansas.
In 1994 John Dawson, III, (current owner/operator & son of the late John Dawson, Jr.), joined the forces of Arkansas Pulpwood Co., Inc. after graduating with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Forest Resources from Auburn University.
